It’s been quite a while since I’ve written for my blog. The time away is partly due to the many challenges of sustaining and regrowing my own faculty amidst the challenges of the post-lockdown era, as well as some work I’ve been doing to encourage our national examiners and teachers in GCSE music.

Every day, I continue to learn and the things I learn can help others. So a new year’s resolution is to share more.

Through my www.davelowemusiconline.com site and my ‘Mr Lowe’ YouTube channel, I have taught thousands of students in many countries around the world. Now in 2023, I’ve launched Music Teacher Solutions to be able to offer further support and encouargement to teachers. Alongside this, my new blog series “What I learned from…” will share my latest learning.
